Sleepless nites

I have been having problems falling asleep lately, any suggestions? I have been told to excerise but that is not always feasible for me (I can't exercise everyday, it just not possible). Taking naps don't work because if i take a 2 hours nap, i just end up staying up 2 hours later, which in essence don't solve the problem, because i still have to wake up the next day at the same time, getting the same hours of sleep, minus my nap.

anyways, send your ideas if you got any.
